The State Government has constituted Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar vide notification No. 972 dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.17626 of 2019(2) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 19.5.2015 for deciding all disputes with regard to institution receiving grants-in-aid.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Pradhikar constituted vide notification No. 972 dated 19.5.2015 within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order. The Pradhikar is directed to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioners at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of three months from the date of filing of such application along with a copy of the order.
