2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 9 liters of illicit Nepali liquor has been recovered from the straw house of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner. Recovery has been made from straw house, which is accessible to general public. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge - IInd-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Babubarhi P.S.
