This application is filed for quashing of the F.I.R. in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 600 of 2018 as no Criminal case is made out. So far as it is related to petitioners and for stay of further proceeding in the case during pendency of the writ application.

WJC No.144 of 2019(5) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon Annexure-4 which is letter on the Executive Officer, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna City Anchal, Patna in which the Executive Officer has recommended for withdrawal of the case against the petitioners as they have already deposited the fine imposed by Patna Municipal Corporation.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. Accordingly, the F.I.R. in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 600 of 2018 and other consequential proceedings arising out of the said First Information Report is quashed and set aside with respect to present petitioner only.
