The petitioners have filed this petition for initiation of contempt proceeding for disobeying and disregarding the order dated 03.02.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12579 of 2015 and other analogous cases.

The S.F.C. filed L.P.A. No.345 of 2016 and by order dated 26.02.2016, the order dated 03.02.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12579 of 2015 was stayed. Ultimately, the L.P.A. was disposed of. Therefore, the opposite parties have not willfully disobeyed and disregarded the order of this Court. No further action is required.

This contempt petition is dismissed.
