JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleges that on account of dispute relating to blockage of outgress of the informant created by the accused persons including the petitioner, the informant protested on which named accused persons assaulted and abused the family members of informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 60584 of 2022(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 FIR it would manifest that the same are general and omnibus in nature and no specific allegation has been alleged against any of the accused persons.

Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner but are not able meet the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 281 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
