JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2018 The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that now, the Bihar State Land Development Bank Limited is no more in existence and the same has been converted into Multi State Co-operative Societies and as per decision of the Special Bench rendered by this Court, no writ petition is maintainable as against any of the Cooperative Societies. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to agitate his grievances before the appropriate forum.
