JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the encroachment proceeding is pending before the Circle Officer, Block-Barun, Aurangabad bearing Case No. 21 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid, no indulgence is granted in the present case. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to pursue the pending Encroachment Case No. 21 of 2014.

It is needless to state that the Circle Officer, Block Barun, Aurangabad is required to decide the pending case at the earliest preferably within a period of six months. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
