The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioners obtained appointment to the post of 'Special Survey Amin' on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that without giving any notice or proper verification, the certificate(s), submitted by these petitioners, have been declared to be forged and fabricated by the concerned department. Moreover, petitioners have already been terminated from service. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62888 of 2022(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 75 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
