The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 143, 147, 149, 152, 282, 332, 353, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (i) (x) of the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The petitioner submits that the allegation of calling of caste name is not against him. He further submits that four of the co-accused, namely, Abhay Kumar, Randhir Kumar, Santosh Kumar @ Santosh Kumar Agrawal and Shiv Kumar, have already been granted anticipatory bail, by the court below. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of five weeks from today, he would be released on bail to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25724 of 2016 (2) dt.05-07-2016 the satisfaction of the court below itself.
