====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 307, 504 and other sections of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. As per prosecution case, F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner were carrying arms and fighting with the rival group and due to which some persons received gunshot injury.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner did not cause the firearm injury rather he is only alleged to be a member of the mob.
