The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant was abused and threatened through mobile of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the SIM of alleged mobile was registered in the name of brother of the petitioner, statements to that effect have been made in paragraph nos. 8 and 9 of the petition. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the

No.33941 of 2014 (2) dt.27-03-2015 2 / 2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
