JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, except petitioner no.9, are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,342,353 and 153A of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that 17 FIR named accused and hundred unknown were trying to bury the dead body on a disputed graveyard (Kabristan) when the authorities forbade, the accused persons blocked the road.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32661 of 2014 (3) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 the petitioners are named but accusation is not specific. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners except petitioner no. 9 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 126 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
