The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Mahila P.S. Case No.06 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 jointly submit that the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife respectively, have settled their dispute amicably and both
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57090 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 have no grievance with each other.
Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 further submits that he has no objection in allowing the prayer of the petitioner for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah Mahila P.S. Case No.06 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
