JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 6/ 15-05-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 25.09.2012 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, in Maintenance Case No.14(M) of 2010 by which learned Court below has granted interim maintenance @ Rs.2,500/- per month in favour of Opposite Party No.2. From the impugned order, it appears that this application has been filed against the interim order passed in a proceeding under Section 125 Cr. P.C. The impugned order has been passed on 25.09.2012.

Since no final order has been passed by the Court below, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application at this

The application is dismissed.
