Both the petitioners are given liberty to appear before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, with all their certifications, in original, for verification about the authenticity of the reasons, which formed the basis for rejection of their claim for promotion to the Sub-ordinate Education Service (Primary). This Court is not willing to verify the authenticity of either intermediate, graduation or the training certificates which are sought to be produced by the petitioners before this Court, which anyway are

If no discrepancy emerges after the said verification, the reason, which formed the basis for rejection of their claim through Annexure-3 dated 22.12.2015 as well as Annexure-4 dated 05.05.2016, may be required to be reconsidered. If petitioners produce their original certificates with the explanations, the decision will be taken within a period of three months thereafter.
