The two petitions arise out of Ahiyapur P.S.Case No.38 of 2014 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 471 and 120B IPC. The case was instituted on the basis of complaint petition under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.
The gist of allegation was that the complainant had

No.17003 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 invested Rs.1,00000/- in her name and in the name of her motherin-law of Rs.3,00000/- besides having invested Rs.90,000/- and 50,000/- respectively in the names of her Dewar and his wife on being assured of lucrative returns by the three petitioners of the two petitions in one of the non-banking company floated by persons not known on whose behalf the petitioners were acting as agents. It was alleged by the informant that some amount was paid regularly as interest accruing upon the invested amount on behalf of the informant and her mother-in-law but subsequently, the same was stopped on the plea that on account of the revision in the rate of interest, the company had entered into correspondence with the concerned authorities and, lastly, the petitioners disappeared. An attempt was made by me to ensure the payment of the investors' amount to the informant but it appears that the petitioners are playing hide and seek.
Allegations being direct and serious, the two petitions appear devoid of merit and the same is dismissed in connection with Aahiyapur P.S.Case No.38 of 2015 pending in the Court of CJM, Muzaffarpur.
