Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(A), 53(A) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Two litres country made liquor and fermented Gur are said to have been recovered from joint house of the petitioner, who happens to be a lady and is languishing in jail custody since 13.05.2016. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
