Patna High Court CWJC No.16333 of 2022(4) dt.04-07-2023 2/2 petitioner informs this Court that substantial amount of dues on account of different heads of retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner, however, some dues are still remains to be paid. Learned counsel further submitted that similarly situated employee have already been granted relief in light of the order dated 08.05.2023 passed in CWJC No. 1484 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks to file detailed representation before the appropriate authority.

4. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority.

5. The Concerned authority is directed to dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of the filing of the representation.

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
