4. The Circle Officer, Nabinagar, Aurangabad is directed to act upon the represented dated 15.11.2022 filed by the petitioner and others.

5. If the Circle Officer finds any encroachment then he will issue notice/s to the encroachers and proceed in accordance with law as per the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and dispose of the same after hearing all the parties i.e. including the encroachers also.
