JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner who is mother-in-law of the informant apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,376,511,498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no evidence to constitute offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. He further submits that the allegation of demand of dowry against the petitioner is vague. In view of the submission as above, let petitioner above named in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32330 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Saharsa in Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
