JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,342,379,384 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that after demolishing the boundary wall of the company of the informant, namely, Ali Karim Agro Industry, the accused persons demanded extortion of Rupees ten lacs and threatened the employees of the company.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the villagers were cheated since the initial purchase of land in question was made by the company for opening an engineering college but now the informant wants to construct a slaughter house which was being protested by the villagers. It is further submitted that earlier also the informant side lodged a case with similar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20190 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 2/2 accusation in which the petitioner is on bail. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Barharia (GB Nagar) P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
