ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 05-08-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a leave to file statutory appeal before the Joint Director, Agriculture Department, Government of Bihar, Patna i.e. Respondent No. 4 herein.

2. The petitioner is permitted to file statutory appeal within a period of four weeks from today. On such appeal being filed, the same shall be entertained by the Respondent No. 4 herein and necessary orders passed strictly in accordance with

Patna High Court CWJC No.15922 of 2022(5) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 law. It is needless to observe that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the appeal by the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above observation, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
