2. The present restoration application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 20380 of 2023 which has been dismissed for default vide order dated 19.06.2023.

3. There is no satisfactory explanation given on behalf of the petitioner as to why no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the application on both the occasions.

4. Considering the fact that there is no satisfactory explanation for absence on behalf of the petitioner on two occasions the prayer for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 20380 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67943 of 2023(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 2023 to its original file is rejected.
