Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State.

This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Jhajha P.S.Case No. 252/2013, disclosing offences under sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is an accused in a case under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant him privilege of anticipatory bail in view of the Supreme Court decision in the case of Jai Prakash Singh v. the State of Bihar & anr., reported in (2012)4 SCC 379.

This application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected. The petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to surrender before the court below within six weeks and seek regular bail, if
