JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i. To revive Pandaul Co-Operative Spinning Mills Ltd. as this spinning mill is the industry under State of Bihar in Co-Operative Sector, ii. To pay the salary of its employee as they have not been paid salary for months prior to the closing of the Mill in 2000 and now for more than twenty years and in consequence
12/12 thereof some employees and their family members are starving or dying and as such employees who still are eligible to work may be adjusted in the other organizations of the State of Bihar.
iii. If the Govt. of Bihar finds difficulties in reviving the Pandaul Co-Operative Spinning Mills Ltd the same may go under liquidation as per the provision of law, but the salaries and retrial dues to the employees or dependent of employees be paid at the earliest."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
