1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to add District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, as party respondent no.6, to the present writ petition. Permission so sought is granted.

2. Let the needful be done during the course of the day.

3. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction to pay the scale of Rs. 2610-4000 or Rs. 2650-4000 to the petitioners as per their basic pay as on 31.12.1995 and according revise the pay/pension since 01.01.1996 and grant financial benefit to the petitioners accordingly and pay the arrears of pay/pension and current pension in the revised scale in view of resolution dated 23.09.2016 and 15.12.2016 of Finance Department, government of Bihar and in compliance of order dated 25.01.2021 issued by the District and Session Judge, Vaishali and grant benefit of A.C.P./M.A.C.P. in the said scale."

4. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.16623 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2024 3/3 and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

5. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioners, before the District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

6. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
