This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 354, 307 and 379/34 of the Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. There is allegation of firing, however, the injury is shown to be simple.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
