JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 65 liters illicit country made Mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid recovery has not been made either in presence of petitioner or in presence of family members of the petitioner and, as a matter of fact, nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S.Case No. 325 of 2015.
