This application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. A.B.P. No. 1078 of 2014 filed by the petitioner in the court of Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, has been rejected through order dated 3.7.2014.

Heard Sri Gajanan Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D P Tiwary, learned A.P.P. It is represented that there is a case and counter case between the parties. As a matter of fact, perusal of Annexure-1 and Annexure-2 discloses that in these two F.I.Rs. the offence registered except under Section 354 IPC, allegations are

Hence, this application is allowed.

It is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
