JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that while the informant was taking possession of his purchased land this petitioner and others came there drove away the cattle of the informant on protest being made they assaulted the informant and demanded Rs.1,00,000/- as extortion.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner claiming the same land which belongs to the petitioner and in the background of title dispute the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.19875 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No.4 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
