JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ / order/direction commanding the respondent authorities particularly the Respondent No. 6, i.e. the Circle Officer, Chiraiya, District-East Champaran to initiate encroachment

Patna High Court CWJC No.13661 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 proceeding under the provisions contained in the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with public land bearing plot no. 3890 and 3891, Khata no. 18, situated at Mauza-Mirpur, Anchal Chiraiya, District-East Champaran, which is recorded in the right of record as Gairmazarua Malik Land."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Chiraiya, District-East Champaran, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
