2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 352 and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 03.05.2025, at about 6 O'clock, on the order of petitioner, all the F.I.R. named accused persons,, assaulted the informant with Iron rod, sword and knife.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioner is alleged to be order giver. F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of one month and there is no explanation for the same. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the general and omnibus accusation, gross delay in lodging F.I.R. and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sahpur Patori, Samastipur, in connection with Halai P.S. Case No. 97 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
