2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 375 of 2023 dated 28.10.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363(a) and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 24.10.2023 at about 06:30 PM, the informant's minor daughter went from the house to see the fair in Durga Puja pandal near her house but she did not return. On inquiry, the informant came to know that the petitioner and the co-accused persons along

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has sprung up in this case on mere suspicion. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she herself went with the petitioner with her own will and she solemnized marriage with the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 375 of 2023.
