JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-09-2018 The instant writ petition was listed on different dates 'For Admission'. Unfortunately, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Under the compelling circumstances, the case was listed for dismissal in order to provide one more opportunity to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Unfortunately, today also, no one has appeared. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition for quashing of the order dated 30.11.2008 whereby the petitioner was superannuated and was directed to hand over charge to

Patna High Court CWJC No.13748 of 2014(2) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 respondent no. 6, and for payment of the Grant received from the Government for the sessions 2006-2008 and 2007-2009. So far as the order directing the petitioner handing over the charge to respondent no. 6 as Incharge Principal on superannuation is concerned, this Court does not find any merit in interfering into the decision. The grievance with regard to non-payment of the Grant received by the College from the Government, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Praadhikaran constituted vide Notification No. 972 dated 19.05.2015. In case a representation is filed by the petitioner before the Praadhikaran, the Praadhikaran shall take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner expeditiously. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
