1. Heard the parties through video conferencing.

2. The petitioner by way of this writ petition assails the selection of the respondent no.5 and 6 and prays to direct the Director General, Vigilance Department to take action against the respondent no.3 and 4 as observed by the Commissioner, Bihar State Information Commission.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Vigilance Investigation Bureau and it has stated that the vigilance officials got verified the Matriculation certificate and

Patna High Court CWJC No.20736 of 2021(2) dt.14-10-2022 2/2 the marks sheets of respondent no.6 and they were all found to be correct. The investigation relating to respondent no.5 is still underway.

4. Keeping in view the reply filed by the vigilance department, no further direction is required to be given to them for conducting investigation as they have already conducted the said investigation.

5. The writ petition is found to be without any merits and is accordingly dismissed.
