Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of petitioner, taken on record.

From the order impugned it is apparent that matter has been compromised and in token thereof, compromise petition had already been filed before the learned lower court.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail which, the learned lower court will consider favourably in the background of the fact that parties have entered into compromise.
