The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have no concern whatever with the occurrence and have only leased their own premises to the school which is being run by one Pawan Kumar Agrawal. It is further submitted that the said Pawan Kumar Agrawal has already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 21309 of 2016 vide order dated 02.08.2016 where it has been clearly noted that it was purely an accidental death and the story regarding the children being
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27706 of 2016 (4) dt.02-09-2016 P2/2 confined in their room has also been disbelieved. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that these petitioners are having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Sindhwaliya P.S. Case No. 17/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
