JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the Respondent No. 5 i.e. the Circle Officer, Dumra, Sitamarhi to conclude the encroachment case bearing Encroachment Case No. 22/2019-20 by passing the final orders under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and remove the encroachment in question.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20713 of 2021(2) dt.21-07-2022 2/2 Respondent No. 5 to pass final orders under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 in the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 22/2019-20, in accordance with law, after hearing the affected parties, within a period of twelve weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
