2. In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) for following reliefs:- (A) A writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to implement the order dated 27.08.2021 wherein a decision was taken by the Directorate of land Record and Survey, Department of

Patna High Court CWJC No.20663 of 2021 dt.22-12-2021 2/2 Revenue and Land reforms to fill up the remaining post (1495) of Special Survey Amin and others due to non joining of certain candidates out of the remaining candidates who could not be selected as per the result published by the Department.

(B) Any other relief or reliefs as deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the Petitioner's case."

3. Short question for consideration in the present petition is whether petitioners are entitled to be appointed to the post of Special Survey Amin or not?

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 27.08.2021 is passed in the light of representation dated 19.01.2021, 05.03.2021, 08.03.2021 and 10.03.2021.

5. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to take decision and pass speaking order on the representations read with aforesaid order dated 27.08.2021 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
