2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 160.800 litres Diwale Sofi Nepali Desi liquor was recovered from a bush situated near the house of the petitioner. It is alleged that one co-accused person was apprehended and he disclosed the name of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. He further submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the recovery is

He further submits that there is no likelihood of absconding the petitioner or tampering with the evidence and he undertakes to cooperate in trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Court No. 1 Supaul, in connection with S.T. No. 614 of 2025 arising out of Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025.
