The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant and his other family members, as a result of which, three persons of the family received injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70324 of 2021(2) dt.19-07-2022 2/2 petitioners that in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioners' side also received injuries. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Kothi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
