The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 1231 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The complainant made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against her husband and other family members of her husband.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the complainant. The husband has already been granted anticipatory
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32882 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 bail vide order passed in A.B.P. No. 1452 of 2014 by the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur on 04.08.2014.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the husband has already granted anticipatory bail, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Complaint Case No. 1231 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
