2. In terms of order dated 31.10.2018, 2nd supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite parties no. 3 to 5, in which stand has been taken that the order of the writ Court

Patna High Court MJC No.2259 of 2016 dt.19-12-2018 2/2 dated 23.12.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16318 of 2008, has been complied with.

3. Copy of the 2nd supplementary show cause was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 28.11.2018. No rejoinder to the same has been filed.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court can only presume that the stand of the J.P. University that the order of the writ Court has been complied with is correct.
