The petitioner seeks quashing of the order as contained in Memo No. 163 dated 19.05.2016 passed by the Sub-divisional Officer, Sadar, Siwan by which the licence of the petitioner granted for running the public distribution shop being licence no. 1151 of 2007 has been cancelled.
