JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons embezzled the Government money. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is read to deposit Rs.6,19,000/- in the Court below, subject to outcome of the case.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed provisionally. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71633 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 class, Munger in Laraiya Tand Police Station Case No. 10 of 2021, GR No. 386 of 2021 on the following conditions:-

1. He would deposit Rs.3 lacs in the Court below within two weeks from the date of his release.

2. Remaining amount of Rs.3.19 lacs would be deposited by the petitioner in three equal installments within further six months.
