2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andhrathadhi P.S. Case No. 73 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing theft of a motorcycle. He is in jail since 11.05.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J. M. 1st

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64368 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhrathadhi P.S. Case No. 73 of 2024, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close blood relative of the petitioner.
