ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-02-2015 The Petitioners seek issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents to quash the appointment of Group IV staff because the rule of procedure was not followed by the authorities.

A Counter Affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State submitting therein that it was in accordance with the direction of the High Court vide Annexure-A that appointment procedure was adopted and there was no illegality in the appointment per se. No one appears on behalf of the Petitioners.

The application is dismissed.
