The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 919 of 2020 arising out of Parasi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of recovery of 1053.44 litres of liquor from the place of occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not arrested from the spot and his name came in

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and chargesheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Jehanabad in connection with Excise Case No. 919 of 2020 arising out of Parasi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020.
