In the present writ petition, a limited prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents to take final decision on representation filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention to Annexure '6' to the petition and submits that his representation filed before the Director, Panchayat Raj, Patna is pending and no

Patna High Court CWJC No.16175 of 2006 (3) dt.09-02-2015 2/2 decision has yet been taken.

Keeping in view the fact that a limited prayer has been made for directing the respondents to take final decision on the representation, the Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Director, Panchayati Raj, Patna to take final decision on Annexure '6' to the writ petition and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Even in case of refusal to the relief sought for in the representation, the respondent no. 2 is required to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of two months.
