The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 392 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The informant came to know about the robbery of Bolero Jeep from the driver of the Jeep and the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Amit @ Amarjeet Pandey @ Chhotu. The petitioner is in jail since 8.1.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
